Introducing Restock to your cleaning crew

The best part of rolling out Restock is how little rollout there is. Here's the one-message introduction that covers everything your crew needs to know.

The message to send

“There's a new card inside the supply closet with a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera every turnover. If something is out or running low, tap the items and hit send. If everything is stocked, tap Submit without picking anything. Either way it takes about 30 seconds. No app to download, nothing to sign up for. That's the whole thing.”

What they'll see

Scanning opens a simple page with the property's supply list: big buttons, works on any phone, available in English and Spanish. They tap what's out (or low), optionally add a note or photos for anything like damage, and send. When nothing is needed, they tap Submit with nothing picked and confirm, which sends an all-stocked check-in instead. Every send ends on a receipt screen they can screenshot for their records.

What they won't be asked for

No name, no phone number, no email, no account. The report doesn't start a conversation. It goes to you as a clean summary, and nobody can message the cleaner through Restock.

Why crews actually like it

Every report is on record with a date and time. When someone asks why there are no paper towels, the answer exists: reported, on this date. Less finger-pointing beats any feature, and the supply texts stop, which gives the turnover time back to the turnover.

Straight from your cleaner to your cart. Stay Restocked.
