Restock terms
Version 2026-09-02.1 · plain language, no legalese. These are the terms you accept when you create a Restock account, and again when they change. See also the privacy policy.
What Restock does
Your cleaner scans a card and taps what's out or running low. You get an email with the reported items and a cart link.
Plans and billing
Restock is free for early owners for at least 90 days from the day you join, or 60 days after paid plans open, whichever is later. If you join after paid plans open, your free period is 60 days. After that, paid plans are priced per property per month; the current prices are on our FAQ. When your free period ends, we will ask you to choose a plan. Nothing is charged unless you choose one, and some features may be limited until you do. We will tell you before anything changes. If you are on a paid plan and cancel, it stays active through the period you already paid for, then ends. We do not issue partial refunds.
Anonymized benchmarking
We may anonymize and aggregate usage data for reporting at the cohort level or above (for example, "how often mountain cabins run out of paper towels"). We never publish a segment small enough to identify a single property or owner, and your raw per-property data is never shared with anyone but your own organization.
The shared catalog
Products you add (the product itself: its name, links, and store ids) may become available in the general catalog for all users. What's shared is the product only: never who stocks it, in what quantities, or any usage data. Those stay under the benchmarking rules above.
Affiliate disclosure
We may earn a commission on some retailer links at no extra cost to you. When we do, the report email says so.
Your cleaner
Cleaners never sign anything and never make an account. The reporting page collects no names, phone numbers, or personal information from the person scanning. That promise is unconditional and doesn't depend on these terms.
Early software, honestly
This is early software. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may end the pilot. You can stop using Restock at any time; email us and we'll delete your organization's data.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we ask you to agree again the next time you sign in. The version at the top tells you which terms you are on.
