Setting up your Restock QR card
The QR card is the whole rollout: print it, place it, and your cleaner can report from any phone. Five minutes, one time.
Print it
Generate the card from your dashboard (Properties, then your property, then QR card) and print the page. It's sized to come out of any printer as a single sheet. Each card has a printed Card ID in the corner so you can always match a physical card to your dashboard.
Protect it
Supply closets are humid, gloved-hands places. Laminate the card or slip it in a plastic sleeve. Most owners tape it inside the supply closet door at eye level.
Place it where the supplies live
The card belongs where the shortage is discovered: inside the supply closet, not by the front door. Your cleaner sees the empty shelf and the card in the same glance.
Test it once
Scan it with your own phone camera. The reporting page should open in the browser: no app, no login. Tap an item, send a test request, and watch it arrive in your email. Now you know the whole loop works.
If the property WiFi asks you to sign in first, use your phone's data for the scan. Tell your cleaner the same.
Don't wait for a perfect list
The card shows whatever your list says right now, not what it said when you printed. Start with the few items that run out most, print today, and keep refining: add products, adjust quantities, drop what you don't need. Every change is live the next time someone scans, so the printed card never goes stale.
If a card is lost or replaced
Generate a replacement from the dashboard. The old code stops working the moment the new one exists, and the new card opens the same list, so your items and history carry over untouched. Replaced one by mistake? Every code's Card ID is listed in your dashboard and you can restore a previous one yourself.
Straight from your cleaner to your cart. Stay Restocked.
