The short-term rental supply closet checklist
The difference between a calm turnover and a panicked one is usually a closet. Here's what experienced hosts keep on the shelf, organized the way you'd walk it.
Paper & bath
Toilet paper and paper towels are the two most reported outages in any rental. Stock deep, not just enough. Add facial tissues (one box per bathroom plus spares), cotton swabs, and hand soap refills. Guests forgive a lot; an empty roll isn't on the list.
Kitchen & dishes
Dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponges, trash bags in the sizes your bins actually take. Guests cook more than you'd think, and the kitchen is where supplies run out mid-stay rather than between stays.
Laundry & cleaning
Laundry pods or detergent, all-purpose spray, and whatever your cleaning crew relies on to turn the unit. Ask your cleaner what they wish was always there. They know before you do.
Coffee & pantry
Coffee is the single most noticed amenity in reviews relative to what it costs. Pods or ground to match your machine, filters, a sane amount of sugar and sweetener. Running out of coffee is the outage guests mention to their friends.
Equipment that wears out
Blenders, TV remotes, coffee makers: guests love them and wear them out. You don't restock these on a schedule; you replace them the day they break. The trick is hearing about it the day it breaks, not in a review two stays later.
Seasonal
Ice melt belongs on every list in late fall, before the first freeze. It's the item everyone remembers the morning they needed it yesterday.
The system that keeps it stocked
A checklist tells you what belongs in the closet. It can't tell you what's missing right now. The only person who knows that is whoever just cleaned. Restock turns that knowledge into a 30-second restock request and a pre-filled cart. That's the whole product.
Straight from your cleaner to your cart. Stay Restocked.
