Admin and member: what each one can do
The two roles, what changes between them, and why your account always keeps at least one admin.
What it is
An admin runs the account: invites and removes people, changes roles, creates groups and Standard Lists, and renames the account. A member does the day-to-day work: properties, Shopping Lists, QR cards and restock requests.
How it helps
Member is the right role for a VA or a coordinator who should not be reshaping the account. Both settings sit next to the person on the People page and take effect immediately.
What to be aware of
Your account always keeps at least one admin. If you are the only one, Restock will not let you demote or remove yourself.
