The cleaner sees a category, not a product name. Where that label comes from and how to change it.
What it is
A tile on the cleaner's page says the category, like Paper towels, rather than the store's full brand and pack size. The product name sits underneath it.
How it helps
A cleaner in a supply closet recognizes a shelf faster than a listing. Open the item on your Shopping List to change its category, and the tile follows on the next scan.
What to be aware of
When two products share a category, the product name underneath is what tells them apart. Rename one or both so the difference reads at arm's length: decaf, 2-ply, large.
