Download your lists as a file
Every Shopping List and Standard List comes out as one spreadsheet, or as a workbook Amazon Business can upload.
What it is
Go to Account, then Downloads, then Lists. Every active list starts checked; uncheck any you do not need, pick a format and tap Download.
How it helps
One file (.csv) puts every item on its own row with its property, for a spreadsheet or your records. The Amazon Business workbook (.xlsx) gives each list its own tab in the format Amazon's list upload takes, so a list you built here can become an Amazon Business list.
What to be aware of
The file is a copy of your lists at the moment you download it. Editing the file does not change Restock; to bring products back in, paste or upload them on that list's Add products screen.
Up to 200 lists per download.
