Groups: markets, and who hears about them
Put the properties one person handles in a group, and their requests reach that person.
What it is
A group is the set of properties one person orders for: a market, a region, or the houses one VA handles. Make one from Account, then Groups, or while adding a property, then put properties in it from Property Details.
How it helps
A group can carry its own alert email, so every request for a property in it reaches the person who orders even when they are not on your Restock account. Set a Standard List on the group and every property in it follows that Standard.
What to be aware of
A group's alert email works alongside your team, not instead of it. Someone on your account who follows that group still gets the request.
