Mark ordered, or dismiss
Closing a request so you and your team know what is still waiting on someone.
What it is
Mark ordered says you bought it. Dismiss says it does not need buying, which covers a duplicate, something already on a shelf, or a request you handled another way. Both sit at the top of the request and again at the bottom.
How it helps
The Restock Requests list defaults to open requests, so closing one keeps that list accurate. When two people can act on the same request, whoever buys marks it and the other sees it is handled.
What to be aware of
Neither is final. An ordered request offers Undo ordered, a dismissed one reopens, and the request keeps its history either way.
