Print the QR card and put it where the supplies are

What it is

Account, then QR cards, then your property. The print-ready card comes out of any printer as a single sheet carrying the property name, the code, the three steps in English and Spanish, and the link written out underneath. Or share it straight to whoever is hanging it.

How it helps

The card points at your live list, not a snapshot. Print on day one with a handful of items and keep adding: every scan shows the list as it is right now, so the card never needs reprinting when the list changes.

What to be aware of

Hang it inside the supply closet at eye level, not by the front door, so your cleaner sees the empty shelf and the card in one glance. Laminate it or use a plastic sleeve.

Every card prints a short Card ID, which is how you match a card on a wall to the right property once you have more than a few.
