Quantities, and Restock versus Replace
How much of a thing you buy, and the two kinds of line a list can carry.
What it is
Quantity is how many you normally buy at once, set on the item. Every line is either Restock, a supply your cleaner reports out or low, or Replace, a furnishing like towels, a blender or a remote that they report with a count and a note.
How it helps
The quantity rides the cart button, so every request carries it without anyone thinking about it again. A missing blender and an empty paper towel roll stop being the same kind of report.
What to be aware of
Change an amount on the cart page for a one-off, which leaves your Shopping List alone. Replace items sit together at the end of the cleaner's page, so a closet walk is not interrupted by an inventory of the linen closet.
