Reading a restock request
What your cleaner sent, what the colors mean, and where notes and photos show up.
What it is
A request lists what your cleaner marked, with Out now in red at the top and Getting low below it. A note and up to three photos ride along, on the request page and in the email.
How it helps
Out now means the supply closet is empty and the next guest notices. Getting low means order it before it turns red next time. Photos report damage or an unlisted supply without a phone call.
What to be aware of
A request stays open until you close it, and the Restock Requests list filters by open, ordered or dismissed. Times show in the property's own time zone.
Photos arrive just after the request, so a slow upload never holds up your cleaner's send.
