Reordering your list, and taking items off it

What it is

Open Change order on your Shopping List, drag the rows or use the arrows, then tap Save order.

To take an item off, bring its quantity down to 1 and the minus becomes a bin. Tap the bin and the item is removed: the row strikes through with Undo beside it.

Empty this list, at the foot of the page, clears everything in one go.

How it helps

Your list order is what your cleaner sees, so the useful order is the one that matches the room: the way somebody actually walks the supply closet, not alphabetical.

A bin tapped by mistake costs one tap: Undo puts the item back. After you empty a list, the banner's Undo brings everything back at once.

What to be aware of

A removed item is not erased. Past requests that mention it keep it, so your history stays true to what your cleaner reported. Emptying a list leaves your QR card working and your past requests intact.

Edit whenever you like. A cleaner partway through a report still sends successfully, and the only lines that drop out are ones for items you removed while they had the page open.
