Standard Lists: decide once, use everywhere
The list every property should carry, and how a property is allowed to differ from it.
What it is
A Standard List is what a property in one market should stock. Build it once from Account, then Lists, then set each property to follow it on Property Details. A group can carry a Standard, so every property in that market follows it at once.
How it helps
You edit one list when the answer changes for everybody. A Standard is a reference, not a copy: a property following one keeps its own Shopping List, its own quantities and its own QR card.
What to be aware of
Deleting a Standard List lets its properties go. Their Shopping Lists keep every item, so nothing your cleaner sees changes.
