Open the property's QR card and use the share option to send the cleaner page straight to your cleaner, in whatever thread you already use. It is the same page the card opens.
How it helps
Your cleaner reports from it today, so the printed card becomes the convenience rather than the requirement. A link sent this way suggests saving the page to their home screen, so it opens like an app next time.
What to be aware of
Hang the card when you can. It survives a lost phone, a new cleaner, and a crew where a different person shows up.
