Add many properties at once

What it is

Go to Properties, then Upload properties. Paste one property per line, name first and then the address, or download the template, fill it in and upload it (.xlsx, .csv or .md). Tap Check my properties and every row shows as Ready or Needs a fix.

How it helps

A row that needs a fix opens its fields right there, so a missing ZIP is a quick edit instead of a new upload.

Put a market in the group column and each house joins that group. A group name you have not used yet is created for you, and a group with a Standard List gives its houses that list. For houses without one, pick the list they start from: a new list, or a copy of a Standard List or another property. Every house is ready for its QR card as soon as it is added.

What to be aware of

Name, street, city, state and ZIP are required. Rows that still need a fix are left out, and the button tells you how many properties will be added.

Up to 100 properties per upload. Put the rest in a second file.
