Put what every house needs on a Standard List and push it to all of them. Add what makes each house different. Every property shows whether it still matches, and a difference is one tap to fix.

Send each area's requests to the right person
Group properties by area and give each Group its own email. You still see all of them in one list, and an owner can get a copy for their house.

Do my cleaning crews need an account?
No. They scan the printed card and the page opens in the browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign in to, and nothing that asks who they are.
Can an owner see requests for their house only?
Add the owner's address as an alert email on that property. They get each Restock Request for that house, with the cart link, and nothing for the rest of your portfolio.
What happens when a card is lost?
Replace the code from the property page. The old card stops working and a new one prints from the same screen.
Can different properties shop different stores?
Yes. Each Shopping List holds links from any of the six stores. The email groups items by store, with a cart-filling link for Amazon and Walmart and a link per product elsewhere.
